Fall into Alignment* Root to Rise Yoga Series- This series is suitable for all levels and located in Palmer, MA on Wednesday-6AM for 60 minutes. Investment of $88 for series. $25 drop in session

Workshop: The teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. Join me for an Asana and Meditation workshop. It is not necessary to have read the Gita, but if you have.. even better. Students will want to have a regular yoga practice for the ultimate benefits of this offering.

Hatha/Alignment Yoga - ALL LEVELS
Kimberly’s class blends alignment, strength, mindful movement and meditation which allows the body to stay open and tuned in. This is an all levels Hatha class that will leave you feeling empowered, refreshed and recharged.
